Deep Stain Removal
Dedicated treatment for the spots a general clean will not lift.
Some stains need their own approach. Wine, coffee, pet accidents, grease and ink all respond to different treatments, and using the wrong one can set a stain permanently. We identify the stain first and treat accordingly.

Can every carpet stain be removed?
Most common stains can be removed or greatly reduced, including coffee, wine, food, grease, ink and paint. Some cannot: bleach spots and long-set dye stains have changed the fiber color itself. Identifying the stain before treating it is what gives the best chance.
What should I avoid putting on a stain?
Avoid scrubbing, heat and strong household chemicals. Rubbing spreads the stain and frays the fibers, heat can set protein stains, and many store-bought spot cleaners leave a sticky residue that turns into a dark dirt spot weeks later.

Questions
Deep Stain Removal questions
Should I try to treat a stain myself first?
It is better not to. A stain is easiest to remove in its original state, before household cleaners have been tried on it, so blot up what you can and call.
Why did a stain come back after cleaning?
That is called wicking: residue deep in the backing rises to the surface as the carpet dries. A second treatment usually takes care of it.
Can you remove paint or ink?
Often, yes. Both need specific solvents rather than water, which is why identifying the stain first matters.
